Albanese Consulting has provided oversight of the tower construction from design inception in 2006 to the opening of the building in 2010. This project is inclusive of the new construction of 10 each freestanding Villas adjacent to the existing Miraval Tucson resort. Construction began in December of 2016 and was completed in March of 2018.

Comedor Restaurant & Bar, Austin, Texas
New and recently completed Construction Management project, Comedor is a modern Mexican restaurant in downtown Austin, Texas. The restaurant was designed by architect Tom Kundig and led by chefs Gabe Erales and Philip Speer. Scheduled for the Grand Opening in June 2019.

Plum Creek Golf Course, Kyle, Texas
Nestled in the rolling hills and Texas wildflowers, this championship course is rated one of the best in Texas. Albanese Consulting managed a complete facility renovation of the Club House including the Pro Shop, Banquet Hall, Conference Center and Club Utility buildings. The Club House was re-designed to accommodate the addition of the new Glenn’s Bar and Grill, providing guest with great food and beverages in a relaxing lounge area.
